Welcome to our practice! We’re so glad you chose us for your health care needs. We strive to make your new patient experience as smooth as possible. Our goal is to provide the most comprehensive care, and ensure you have all the necessary information before your first visit.

The new patient onboarding process takes place over the first two visits. Please allow 30 minutes for the initial consultation.

Communicating the Details

When you schedule your first appointment with us, we take several steps to confirm all the important details. You’ll receive confirmation calls to ensure the appointment time works for you, as well as text messages to help you stay updated on any changes.

The confirmation calls and text messages provide essential information regarding your appointment. This includes details such as arrival time, the location of our practice, information about your insurance coverage, and any specific testing or documents you need to bring along. We want to ensure you have a clear understanding of what to expect during your visit.

To save you time and make the process more convenient, we provide online new patient paperwork that you can fill out in your own home. Once completed, the paperwork will automatically be sent back to us, allowing us to review the information before your visit. You can also pay your initial appointment fee of $49 online.

The Onboarding Process

On the first visit, we conduct all necessary testing, X-rays if necessary and gather relevant information about your medical history for $49. Please allow about 30 minutes for this initial appointment.

The second visit will be dedicated to reviewing our recommendations based on the results of your tests, and gathering additional information, as needed.

Financial Responsibility

During the second visit, we will also discuss the financial aspects of your care. This includes going over any applicable fees and insurance coverage. We strive to maintain competitive fees comparable to those in our area.

We accept all major credit cards, CareCredit®, and gladly participate with insurance plans and Medicare. If you have a health savings account (HSA), you can also use it to pay for your visit.
