Cold Laser Therapy

Available in Upper Arlington & Powell

Quick Sessions, Real Support for Healing

Cold laser therapy is one of those things that sounds a little sci-fi until you try it—and then it just makes sense. It’s a non-invasive treatment that works by stimulating energy at the cellular level, so your tissues can regenerate more efficiently. Dr. Jay brings it up a lot when inflammation, overuse, or lingering discomfort is getting in the way of your day. Sessions are quick, gentle, and easy to squeeze into even the busiest schedule.

How Cold Laser Therapy Helps

When something in your body is inflamed or irritated, it can feel stuck—tight, sensitive, and slow to calm down. Cold laser therapy helps by supporting reduced inflammation and better circulation, so your body can move nutrients in and push inflammatory waste out. It’s also known to support nerve recovery and healthy collagen formation, which matters when you want tissues to heal with flexibility, not stiffness.

A lot of patients appreciate that it adds real support without needles, medication, or downtime.

What a Laser Session Feels Like

The cold laser is applied with direct contact using a device that stays a consistent distance from your skin. Most sessions last just 4-6 minutes, so it’s a simple add-on. Before we get started, the team will screen you to make sure laser therapy is appropriate and safe for your situation. It can be used on its own or paired with shockwave therapy when you need a little extra help.

Getting Started Is Simple

Laser therapy is typically an out-of-pocket service, and we offer packages to make ongoing care more manageable. Your first visit is $49—we’ll spend about 30 minutes going through your history, doing any necessary testing, and getting X-rays if we need them.

Visit two is all about reviewing what we found and building a plan tailored specifically to you. We keep same-day appointments open when we can, and we accept insurance.
